Mac OS Parental Controls?

I set my own parental controls, because i don't trust myself on the internet. i know it shows what sites you visited and the sites it blocked. Since you are a parent, a good way to restrict what your kids can access to the Internet on the mac is to use Internet filter for Mac program.
