Value of the Ipod Touch 3rd gen. 32gb... ?

hey, I'm wanting to upgrade my ipod from a 32gb 3rd generation ipod touch to the new ones.. obviously. considering im not really 'with it' in the sales world i was just wondering what the value on these things are now? :)
