Error 7 Windows error 126 Itunes Problem!?

I just upgraded the itunes and it told me to restart my computer, so i did. When it was all up and running the icon was gone... From everything. I had to search it to find the icon again. I clicked it and it said it wasn't installed correctly and to re-install it. I would .... IF I COULD FIND THE ICON THAT SAID UNINSTALL !!! The problem is, it isn't there for me to uninstall it... Helppp ?
