Iphone 4 vs blackbery bold?

I have an upgrade coming for my Verizon Wireless cell phone and i am between two phones. I love both phones but I don't know which one is right for me. I am 15 and definitely want one of the two. I text a fairly large amount and i dont know if the touch screen would be a problem. Also they are releasing a new line of touch screen blackberry's in august so i would get one of them. Ok, last thing, i have an ipod touch so i dont know if i would rather just use that for apps or get them all on the iphone. please help!
