Cake decorating... flowers?

So I want to make a beautiful mother's day cake for my mom (cause she deserves it ;)), but I don't have any cutters or the wire things for gum paste flowers. I know that I can kinda make my own cookie cutters, but I have NO idea how to make the wires (unless buying normal wires). I can't go to a cake decorating store because I live in Belgium and I don't know any. Does anybody know cake decorating stores in Belgium??? probably not... but can you please send me a link of a video or tell me how to gum paste REALISTIC flowers. It's not my first time, so I know how to make roses, but you don't need cutters for that.. And could you also give me ideas of what I could use instead of the thing that frills the edges?
