Should i get the iphone 4 for at&t on august 15 for my upgrade or should i wait for the release of the iphone5?

Personally, I suggest waiting for the Iphone 5. Is your current phone in perfect working condition? What's the point of buying the Iphone 4 in August if the Iphone 5 will come out in the near future. it'd be a waste of money in mah opinion
