Photo manipulation with photoshop elements 9?
ok so iv had photoshop for a while,still dont understand layers and how to manipulate pictures,im trying to get the whole dark gothic look and the mythical backgrounds and stuff,not sure how to do it or where to start,as i have no idea how to use layers or anything,help?
