LOUDEST MP3 PLAYER-please help?

what is the loudest player you ever heard? ipod touch 4g or cowon j3? I am using 32 ohm headphones.. not the in ear plugs.. i hate it.....volume is very faint on my sony b-series..looking to upgrade the player..thanks
