I upgraded to Windows 7 today, What about the "windows.old" folder?

If you don't want anything from your old Windows setup (photos, music, etc.) then delete the folder. Otherwise I strongly recommend downloading Avast! antivirus and running a system scan. It will scan everything on your hard drive and tell you where any virus might be. And it's free!
